Travel Details
Arrival Airport: Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO), San José, Costa Rica
• Group pickup at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, April 22, 2026 (please book flights arriving by 1:30 PM)
• Group return shuttle leaves villa 10:00 AM on Sunday, April 27, 2026 (arrives at SJO around 12:30 PM)
• Book return flights departing after 2:30 PM

Each participant is responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare.
Please make sure you are passport ready, with valid dates extending at least 6 months beyond travel dates.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
• The $900 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Payments after February 22, 2026, are non-refundable.
• Late payments incur a $50 fee.
