Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Your appointment time is reserved with you in mind. If you are unable to make your appointment, please give 24 hours notice. This allows someone else the opportunity to book if you would not be coming to your appointment. A late cancellation charges of 50% of the scheduled treatment.

Missed Appointments

A 24 hours notice is required for a deposit to be refundable. Full fee will be charged for missed appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment. If you are more than twenty minutes late, I will determine if there is enough time to start the session. The fee of your original scheduled appointment applies.
